Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: April 2026

© Overview

Funscript.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will promptly remove or disable access to material that is confirmed to be infringing, and we may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyright.

All content uploaded to Funscript.org is the sole responsibility of the user who submitted it. We do not pre-screen uploads, but we investigate every report we receive and take appropriate action.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on Funscript.org infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown notice. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The specific URL(s) on Funscript.org where the allegedly infringing material can be found, in enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Send your completed takedown notice to:

— Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice"

We will review and act on properly submitted notices as quickly as possible. The uploader of the affected content will be notified of the complaint.

Counter-Notification

If content you uploaded was removed and you believe the takedown was issued in error, or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and your physical or electronic signature.
  2. The URL(s) of the content that was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Funscript.org may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original takedown notice or their agent.

Send your counter-notification to:

— Subject line: "DMCA Counter-Notification"

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

Repeat Infringers

Funscript.org maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. Repeated valid complaints against the same account may result in permanent removal of all associated content and suspension of the account.

Reporting Other Content Issues

For non-copyright concerns—such as illegal content, non-consensual material, or other policy violations—you can report any video directly from its player page using the Report button. Every report is reviewed by our team.

You can also reach us at dmca@funscript.org for any content-related concerns.
