Funscript.org ("we") runs the website and the Funscript Player app. They share one account. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@funscript.org.
When you create an account we store your username, email address, a hash of your password, and the fact that you confirmed you are 18 or older. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store the identifier those services give us so we can recognise the same account later.
You can delete the account in the app or on the website. Deleting it removes access on both.
Video files you open from your own device in Funscript Player stay on that device. We do not upload those video files.
The app uses Bluetooth and your local network to connect to devices you choose. Device names and connection settings are stored on the device. A connection key you enter for a Wi-Fi device is sent only to that device's own service.
AI control uses your Scriptos balance, which is the same balance as on the website. Messages you send, including text recognised from the microphone, are sent to funscript.org and to a third-party AI provider that generates the responses so the session can run. A profile photo you set for AI control is uploaded for that feature.
The microphone and speech recognition are used only while you are using AI control. Speech is converted to text on your device, and only that text is sent — the audio recording is not uploaded. The app asks before using the microphone and speech recognition.
Website payments are processed by Stripe. App payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not store your card number. We store the subscription status or the Scriptos grant that the store confirms, so the same account can unlock Premium and show the right balance.
Prices and renewal terms are shown in the app before you pay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them with Apple, Google, or, for a website subscription, in Settings on funscript.org.
We do not sell your personal information. The Funscript Player app does not include a third-party advertising SDK.
We keep account and purchase records for as long as the account exists, and for as long after that as we need to complete a refund, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal duty. You can ask us to delete the account at any time.
Email support@funscript.org to ask for a copy of your account information, to correct it, or to delete it. Our Terms of Service explain the rules for using the platform.
