Funscript.org is an adult platform that hosts and provides access to sexually explicit, adult-oriented material, together with interactive scripts, AI-assisted tools, and connected-device features intended to be used alongside that material. It is strictly intended for adults.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward content that depicts, promotes, or relates to minors in any way. Any such material, whether real, simulated, animated, or AI-generated, is strictly prohibited and will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
We do not knowingly host non-consensual content. If you believe any content depicts a minor, was uploaded without the consent of a person shown, or otherwise violates the law, report it immediately using the Report button on the relevant page or by emailing support@funscript.org.

You retain ownership of the scripts, files, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Funscript.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and providing the platform.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We do not pre-screen uploads but reserve the right to review, remove, or disable any content at our discretion.
The platform offers interactive scripts, AI-assisted generation tools, and integrations with third-party stroker/haptic devices and services. These features are provided for personal, adult use.
You use these features at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of connected devices or third-party integrations.
Certain features require a paid subscription or the use of credits. Prices, plans, and credit allowances are described at the point of purchase and may change over time.
The platform's name, branding, software, and design are owned by Funscript.org and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the platform except as expressly permitted.

The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content available through the platform is created by users and third parties and does not reflect our views. We are not responsible for content we do not create.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funscript.org and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform, connected devices, or any content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funscript.org and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or restrict features at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of the platform's operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You are responsible for complying with all local laws that apply to your access and use of adult content, and you agree that accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such content is prohibited is done at your own risk and responsibility.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
